I honestly think that this is a life skill that is missing from a lot of our regular living.
I’m going to be completely honest. I have done A LOT of work on this for myself.
There was a time when I felt jealous, resentful, in some way I let other people’s success mean something to my own success.
In the past 5 years, I have really worked on this as a topic for me and it seems a bit weird to say but I have had to practice being happy for other people in order to really be able to genuinely feel that now.
This is a skill that isn’t that hard for most children unless they’ve been taught otherwise which some have. I went in search of the best method to coach this topic to my clients and I now have a process that I go deep into coaching and it works! It really frees you up as an Artist to access love for others in a much easier way and also to let your subconscious brain know that your success has nothing to do with anyone else’s success or failure.
The First thing is Gratitude for What you Do have.
